Add a new type of document to request (Backend - Configuration)

This procedure allows you to configure a new document that your clients can view and upload in their reserved area.

Procedure

1. Log in to the administration panel and go to the settings section of the Documenti clienti plugin.

2. Click on the Generali tab.

3. In the section dedicated to the list of documents, click the button to add a new documento.

4. Fill in the fields to define the document:

a. Enter the name of the requested document in the Nome documento field.

b. In the Modalità caricamento dropdown menu, select how the document should be managed:

  • Opzionale
  • Richiesto
  • Caricabile solo dagli admin

5. If you want the client to enter additional data (such as a license number or an expiration date) when uploading the file, check the Richiedi inserimento dati box.

6. If you checked the previous option, in the Quali dati desideri chiedere? field enter the exact names of the fields that the client will have to fill out, separating them with commas (e.g., Numero Patente, Data Scadenza).

7. Once you have completed configuring the new document, click the general save button on the page to apply the changes.
