Set a maximum limit of simultaneous contacts for a specific Pipeline Group
This limit controls the maximum number of contacts that can be assigned to a specific user within a given Pipeline Group.
Procedure
1. Access the User Manager section.
2. Select the user for whom you want to set the limit.
3. Within the user's settings, click on the Assegnazione automatica clienti tab.
4. Scroll down to the section titled Assegnazione Pipeline.
5. Locate the desired Gruppo Pipeline in the list.
6. In the row corresponding to the Pipeline Group, check the box under the Abilita column.
- Note: Enabling this option will make the automatic assignment function consider this group.
7. In the Limite contatti simultanei column, enter the maximum number of contacts that the user can manage in that group.
- If you leave this field empty, the limit will be infinite (
∞).
8. Save the user profile settings to apply the changes.
