This section allows you to define which users or user groups will be automatically assigned the customers who meet the set Assignment Criteria.
Procedure
1. Make sure you have added a new assignment criterion by clicking Add Criterion (if you haven't done so already).
2. Within the criterion block, scroll down to the user selection section.
3. In the field labeled Which users do you want to assign these leads to?, click the dropdown menu and select one or more specific users who will receive the leads.
- Note: You can select multiple users simultaneously.
4. In the field labeled Which roles do you want to assign these leads to?, click the dropdown menu and select one or more roles. All users belonging to the selected roles will be included in the assignment.
- Note: The users selected in step 3 and the users belonging to the roles selected in step 4 will be combined for assignment.
5. In the User Rotation section, decide how leads should be distributed:
- Check the box Assign in rotation if you want leads to be evenly distributed among the selected users and roles (Round Robin).
- If the Assign in rotation box is not checked, all selected users and roles will receive the assignment simultaneously (the customer will have multiple owners).
6. Save changes to activate the assignment criterion.
