This procedure allows you to define which user groups (roles) will automatically receive leads that meet the specified assignment criteria.
Procedure
1. Access the Automatic Assignment settings section.
2. If you are creating a new assignment rule, click the Add Criterion button.
3. Within the criterion configuration block (identified as rowDuplication-box), scroll down until you find the user assignment options.
4. Locate the field labeled To which roles do you want to assign the leads in question?.
5. Click on the selection field and choose one or more user roles from the list (for example, "Amministratore", "Venditore", etc.).
6. By selecting multiple roles, all users belonging to those roles will be considered potential owners of the lead.
7. Once the criterion configuration is complete, make sure to save the changes on the settings page.
