This procedure allows you to define which customers, based on their membership in specific lists, will be included in the automatic assignment process to users.
Procedure
1. Access the settings section of the "Automatic customer assignment" plugin and select the Automatic Assignment tab.
2. If there is no assignment criteria block, click the Add criterion button to create a new one.
3. In the newly created block (or in the one you want to modify), locate the Assignment Criterion field.
4. Select the option Based on lists from the dropdown menu.
5. The Select lists field will appear. Click on this field to view the list of available lists.
6. Select one or more lists from the list. Customers belonging to these lists will be subject to the assignment rules defined in this block.
7. Once selection is complete, make sure to save the changes to the settings.
