Select one or more labels for the automatic assignment filter
Why do it:
This procedure allows you to define which clients, based on their associated labels, should be automatically assigned to the users specified in that criterion.
Procedure:
1. Access the Automatic Assignment configuration section.
2. Locate the assignment criteria block you want to configure. If you don't have a criterion yet, click the Add criterion button.
3. In the Assignment criterion field, select the option Based on labels.
4. Once this option is selected, the Select labels field will appear.
5. Click on the Select labels field and choose one or more labels from the list.
- Note: You can select multiple labels simultaneously.
6. Clients who have at least one of the selected labels will be considered eligible for automatic assignment according to the rules defined in this criterion.
7. Complete the criterion configuration by selecting the users and roles to whom leads should be assigned.
