Why do it: To define which group of customers should be assigned to specific users or roles based on the tags they have.
Procedure
1. Access the Manual Assignment section.
2. In the Assignment Criterion field, select the option Based on tags.
3. The Select tags field will appear. Click on this field and select one or more desired tags from the list.
4. Continue by configuring the users to whom you want to assign the leads in the field To which users do you want to assign these leads?.
5. Define the behavior with existing owners in the field How do you want to handle current owners?.
6. At the end of the configuration, click the Assign leads button to start manual assignment.
