Choose whether to send email requests to the assigned operators or to the site admin.

This setting determines whether email notifications related to customer requests (e.g., the start of a new conversation) are sent to the Site Administrator or to the operators specifically assigned to that customer.

Procedure

1. Access the settings of the "Automatic Client Assignment" plugin.

2. Click on the Emails tab.

3. Locate the section titled Email Recipients.

4. To send email requests directly to the operators assigned to the customer, check the box next to the option:

  • Send requests to operators instead of the site admin

5. If the box is not checked, email requests will be sent to the site admin by default.
