This feature ensures that new contacts are distributed fairly (in rotation) among the selected users who are part of a specific assignment criterion.
Procedure
1. Access the plugin Settings section.
2. Click on the Auto-assignment tab.
3. Locate the Assignment Criterion block you want to configure. If you don't have any criteria yet, click Add criterion.
4. Within the criterion block, define which users or roles the contacts will be assigned to using the fields:
- Which users do you want to assign these leads to?
- Which roles do you want to assign these leads to?
5. Still within the same block, locate the User Rotation section.
6. To enable round-robin assignment, check the box next to Assign in rotation.
- Note: If the box is not checked, contacts matching the criterion will be assigned simultaneously to all users and roles selected in that block.
7. Save the changes made to the settings.
