Enable or disable automatic assignment to a specific Pipeline Group

Why do it: This setting allows you to define whether a specific user can automatically receive clients assigned to certain Pipeline Groups, and to set a maximum limit of contacts that can be assigned.


Procedure

1. Access the user management and select the user whose settings you want to modify.

2. In the user's settings, navigate to the Automatic Client Assignment tab.

3. Scroll down to the section titled Pipeline Assignment.

4. Within the table, locate the specific Pipeline Group you want to enable or disable.

5. To enable automatic assignment to that group, check the box under the Enable column. To disable it, make sure the box is unchecked.

6. If the assignment is enabled, the field Simultaneous Contact Limit will appear. You can enter a number to limit the maximum number of contacts this user can have in that group. If left empty, the limit will be infinite ().

7. Click on the general save button (usually located at the bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
