Choose whether to send email requests to the assigned operators instead of the site admin

Why do it:

This setting allows you to redirect email notifications related to customer requests directly to the operators they have been assigned to, instead of the site's general administrator.

Procedure:

1. Access the main settings of the "Automatic Customer Assignment" plugin.

2. Click on the Emails tab.

3. In the Email recipients section, check the box next to the option: Send requests to operators instead of the site admin.

4. Save the changes (if prompted by the platform).
