Why do it:
This step defines which group of contacts (Leads) will be considered for manual assignment to users.
Procedure:
1. Access the Manual Assignment section in the plugin settings.
2. Locate the Assignment Criterion field.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and choose the criterion you want to use to filter contacts:
- Select Based on lists if you want to assign contacts who are part of specific marketing lists.
- Select Based on tags if you want to assign contacts who have specific tags.
4. Depending on your choice, an additional field will appear:
- If you chose Based on lists, the Select lists field will appear.
- If you chose Based on tags, the Select tags field will appear.
5. In the newly displayed field, select one or more lists or tags to use as a filter for the assignment.
> Note: After choosing the criterion and lists/tags, you will need to specify Which users do you want to assign these leads to? and click Assign leads to complete the operation.
