Why do it: To define new rules on how customers are automatically assigned to users based on lists, tags, or specific conditions.
Procedure
1. Scroll down to the section where the automatic assignment criteria are listed.
2. Click the Add criterion button. A new configuration block will be added.
3. In the new block, configure the following fields:
1. Criterion Definition
- In the Assignment criterion field, select the type of filter you want to apply:
- Based on lists: Select this option if you want to assign customers who belong to specific marketing lists.
- Based on tags: Select this option if you want to assign customers who have specific tags.
- Based on conditions: Select this option to define complex rules using the query builder.
- Depending on your selection, fill in the field below:
- If you chose "Based on lists," select the desired lists in the Select lists field.
- If you chose "Based on tags," select the desired tags in the Select tags field.
- If you chose "Based on conditions," define the conditions in the Select conditions text box.
2. Assignee Definition
- In the field Which users do you want to assign these leads to?, select one or more specific users who will be assigned customers that meet the criterion.
- In the field Which roles do you want to assign these leads to?, select one or more roles. All users belonging to these roles will be included in the assignment.
3. Rotation
- Under the label User rotation, check the box Assign in rotation if you want customers to be distributed cyclically among the selected users and roles for this criterion. If unchecked, all selected users and roles will be assigned simultaneously to the customer.
4. Once the criterion is configured, make sure to save the page settings.
