This guide explains how to define the minimum (From) and maximum (To) ranges to apply a discount or a gift based on the quantity purchased or the quantity available in stock.
Procedure
1. Make sure you have created or are editing a discount rule.
2. In the Discount Type field, select one of the following options that support quantity-based tiers:
- Discount based on quantity purchased
- Discount based on stock quantity
- Gift item (3x2)
3. Scroll down to the Preferences section.
4. Within this section, locate the area dedicated to tiers (which may be labeled as "Discount Table" or similar, depending on the selected discount type).
5. If no tier is present, click the Add Tier button.
6. To define the quantity range for the new tier:
- In the From field, enter the minimum quantity (inclusive) from which the discount should be applied.
- In the To field, enter the maximum quantity (inclusive) up to which the discount should be applied.
7. Tip: If you want the discount to apply from a certain quantity onwards without an upper limit, leave the To field empty.
8. Complete the tier configuration by entering the discount value or the number of "Gift Products" (depending on the selected Discount Type).
9. If necessary, click Add Tier again to create subsequent ranges (e.g., 1-5, 6-10, 11+).
10. Save the changes made to the discount rule.
