Define the range (From and To) of quantity purchased or products in stock for each tier.

To define the quantity ranges (tiers) that activate a specific discount or gift, you need to access the Preferences section of the discount rule you are configuring.

This procedure applies to discount types based on quantity, such as: "Quantity-based discount", "Stock quantity-based discount", or "Gift item".

Procedure

1. Make sure you have selected a Discount Type that supports tiers (for example, "Quantity-based discount").

2. Scroll down to the Preferences section containing the tiers table.

3. To add a new range, click the Add tier button.

4. In the newly created tier, define the quantity range:

• In the From field, enter the minimum quantity (inclusive) to activate the tier.
• In the To field, enter the maximum quantity (inclusive) for this tier.
• Example: If you want the tier to apply from 10 to 20 units, enter 10 in the From field and 20 in the To field.

5. If you want the tier to apply from a certain number onwards (with no upper limit), leave the To field empty.

• Example: Enter 50 in the From field and leave To empty to apply the rule from 50 units upwards.

6. Configure the benefit associated with this tier (for example, the % or € discount in the "Apply a discount of" field or the number of "Gift products").

7. Repeat steps 3-6 to create all necessary tiers.

8. To remove a tier, click the Delete tier button next to the range you want to delete.

9. When finished, remember to save your changes to the discount rule.
