Add a new application tier (range) for discounts based on quantity, inventory, or free items.

This guide explains how to define a new application tier (range) for discounts or gifts based on the quantity purchased, stock quantity, or the "Gift Item" logic (e.g., 3x2).

Adding a New Application Tier

To add a tier, you must first select a Discount Type that supports ranges (for example, "Discount based on quantity purchased," "Discount based on stock quantity," or "Gift Item").

Procedure

1. Make sure you are within the settings of the discount rule you are modifying.

2. Scroll down to the Preferences section (this section is visible only after selecting a discount type based on quantity or gifts).

3. Locate the area dedicated to managing tiers.

4. Click the Add Tier button. A new block of empty fields will be added.

5. Fill in the fields of the new tier:

  • From: Enter the minimum quantity of items or stock units for which the discount/gift applies.
  • To: Enter the maximum quantity of items or stock units for which the discount/gift applies.
  • Note: If you leave the To field empty and fill in only From, the tier will apply from the minimum quantity onward (e.g., 10+).

6. Fill in the value field, which varies depending on the selected discount type:
