Display the synchronization status (Synchronized, Error, Not connected) of orders and products in the summary tables

To check if your products and orders have been correctly sent and synchronized with CJ Dropshipping, you can consult the dedicated column present in the summary tables.

1. Viewing the status of Products

1. Access the product summary table in your control panel.

2. Locate the column named CJ Dropshipping.

2. Viewing the status of Orders

1. Access the order (or sales) summary table in your control panel.

2. Locate the column named CJ Dropshipping.


Interpretation of synchronization statuses

The CJ Dropshipping column will show one of the following statuses for each row:

SincronizzatoThe item (product or order) has been successfully sent to CJ Dropshipping.
Errore!A problem occurred during synchronization. Hover over the label to see the detailed error message.
Non collegatoThe item has not yet been synchronized or no link was found with CJ Dropshipping.
