Display the progress status during the bulk sending of items (orders/products)

This guide describes how to view and interpret the progress status and final results of a bulk sending (export) operation of items (such as orders or products) to CJ Dropshipping.

This procedure applies to the bulk export of items. Importing products via SKU is a process that is initiated and completed in the background.


Viewing Progress Status During Bulk Sending

Why Do It

When sending many orders or products simultaneously, the system processes each item individually. A progress window allows you to monitor the operation in real time and view the final result.

Procedure

1. Start the bulk sending: After selecting the desired items (orders or products) from the list and choosing the bulk export action to CJ Dropshipping, the operation begins.

2. Monitor progress: A modal window (pop-up) with a progress bar will appear automatically.

  • The window title will be similar to: Sending [Orders/Products] in Progress...
  • The progress bar updates in real time as each individual item is processed and sent.

3. View results: Once processing of all selected items is complete, the progress window will close and a summary window titled Export Completed will appear.

4. Interpret the summary: The summary window shows two main metrics:

  • Sent: The total number of items successfully sent to CJ Dropshipping.
  • Not Sent: The total number of items not sent (difference between total selected and successfully sent).

5. Check for errors (if any): If problems occurred during sending, the summary window will include a section titled Error Details:.

  • This section lists specific error messages for items that were not sent.

6. Close the window: Click OK (or the close button) to finish the operation. The order or product lists will reload automatically to reflect the updated synchronization status.
