This guide explains how to view and interpret the summary that appears at the end of a bulk sending operation (for example, exporting orders or products).
Procedure
1. After selecting the items to export and starting the bulk send, wait for the operation to complete. During transmission, a progress bar will be displayed.
2. Once the system has processed all items, the progress bar will close and a modal window titled Export Completed will automatically appear.
3. Inside this window, you can view the export summary, divided into two main sections:
- Sent: The total count of items (orders/products) that were successfully sent.
- Not Sent: The total count of items that were not sent.
4. If any issues occurred during the export, an additional section will appear below the main summary:
- Error Details: Here specific error messages for the items that could not be sent will be listed.
5. After reading the summary, click the OK button to close the window and return to the main screen.
