Retry sending an order to CJ Dropshipping in case of error

Why do it:

If the automatic or manual sending of an order to CJ Dropshipping fails, you can retry the synchronization directly from the order tab.


Procedure

1. Access the Sales or Orders section of your control panel.

2. Click on the specific order that encountered the sending error.

3. Within the order details, navigate to the CJ Dropshipping tab (identified by the truck icon <i class="fas fa-truck"></i>).

4. If the order was not sent correctly, you will see a warning message: "Unable to send the order."

  • Tip: You can view the error details by clicking on Error Details (identified by the icon <i class="fas fa-info"></i>).

5. To attempt resending the order, click on the Retry button.

6. The system will start the export process. Once completed, you will receive a success notification or a new error message.
