This guide explains how to enable or disable automatic order synchronization, which creates a copy of the orders received in your system and sends them to CJ Dropshipping.
Procedure
1. Access the configuration section of the CJ Dropshipping plugin.
2. Click on the Sync Settings (or Sync) tab.
3. Locate the section related to order synchronization, titled Sync Orders.
4. Within this section, you will find the synchronization options:
- To activate automatic sending of orders from Framework360 to CJ Dropshipping: Make sure the option under the label Framework360 => CJ Dropshipping is enabled (usually a switch or checkbox).
- To deactivate automatic sending of orders: Disable the option under the label Framework360 => CJ Dropshipping.
5. After modifying the settings, click the Save (or Save Changes) button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
