This procedure allows you to synchronize an existing sales order from your management panel to CJ Dropshipping for fulfillment.
Procedure
1. Access the order management section (Sales).
2. Click on the specific order you wish to send to CJ Dropshipping to open its details.
3. In the order detail screen, find and click on the side tab titled CJ Dropshipping.
4. If the order has not yet been sent, click the Send to CJDropshipping button.
5. A progress window will appear with the message "Order sending in progress...". Wait for the operation to complete.
6. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation notification titled Export completed.
7. If the submission was successful, the CJ Dropshipping tab will display the message: "Your order has been exported to CJ. Complete the order through your Dropshipping panel."
The order is now synchronized and ready to be paid for and managed within your CJ Dropshipping account.
