Why do it
By enabling automatic synchronization, the system creates a copy of the orders received on Framework360 also in CJ Dropshipping, allowing you to manage fulfillment directly from the dropshipping platform.
Procedure
Follow these steps to manage the automatic sending of orders:
1. Log in to the Framework360 control panel and navigate to the Plugin section.
2. Click on the CJ Dropshipping plugin.
3. Within the plugin settings, select the Synchronization (or Webhooks) tab.
4. Locate the section titled Sincronizza ordini.
5. This section manages order synchronization. To enable or disable the automatic sending of orders from Framework360 to CJ Dropshipping, change the toggle status under the Out column (which indicates data flow from Framework360 to CJ Dropshipping).
6. After changing the toggle status, make sure to click the Save changes button (or equivalent) at the bottom of the page to apply the settings.
> Note: If automatic synchronization is disabled, you will need to manually send each order to CJ Dropshipping using the Invia a CJDropshipping button found within the details of each individual order.
