This procedure allows you to cancel an order that has been previously synchronized with CJ Dropshipping.
Note: The delete button appears only if the order was successfully sent to CJ Dropshipping and is still present in their system.
Procedure
1. Access the Sales or Orders section of your control panel.
2. Click on the specific order you want to delete to view its details.
3. On the order details screen, look for and click on the CJ Dropshipping tab (identified by the truck icon <i class="fas fa-truck"></i>).
4. If the order is synchronized, you will see a confirmation message and a red button. Click on the Delete Order button.
5. The system will attempt to send the cancellation request to CJ Dropshipping.
6. Wait for the confirmation notification. If the deletion is successful, the order will no longer be linked to CJ Dropshipping. If the deletion fails, you will receive an error message (for example: Unable to cancel shipment).
