Description: Integrates product management and order synchronization between your Framework360 e-commerce and the CJ Dropshipping platform.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

This tool is essential to automate the sales process and inventory management when using CJ Dropshipping as a supplier.

  • Quick catalog import: Import individual products from the CJ Dropshipping catalog directly into your e-commerce, retaining images, variants, and descriptions.
  • Automatic order fulfillment: Automatically send paid orders received on your site to the CJ Dropshipping platform, eliminating manual entry.
  • Automatic status updates: Receive real-time updates on shipping status and tracking codes directly in the Framework360 order management area.

Main features

1. Product Management

  • Import by SKU: Allows importing one or more products by specifying their SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code provided by CJ Dropshipping.
  • Category Association: During import, you can choose which categories in your e-commerce the new products should be placed in.
  • Details Synchronization: The system automatically imports the product name, description, images, variants, and suggested price.

2. Order Management

  • Manual Export: Within the detail tab of a sales order, there is an option to manually send the order to CJ Dropshipping.
  • Bulk Export: You can select multiple orders from the sales list and export them in bulk to the dropshipping platform.
  • Export Cancellation: If an order has been synchronized but not yet fulfilled, you can cancel the association and the order on CJ Dropshipping directly from the management panel.

3. Tracking and Feedback

  • Synchronization Status: In the product and order lists, a dedicated column shows the connection status with CJ Dropshipping (Synchronized, Not connected, Error).
  • Order Detail: The order detail tab shows the shipping progress status and, if the order was exported correctly, provides a notice to complete payment and fulfillment on the CJ platform.

How to configure

Initial setup requires authentication using the credentials provided by CJ Dropshipping.

1. Initial Connection

At first access to the module settings, you will be asked to enter the following data to establish the connection:

FieldDescription
EmailThe email address associated with your developer/API account on CJ Dropshipping.
API KeyThe secret key (or password) provided by CJ Dropshipping for API access.

Once the credentials are entered, the system will automatically manage the access tokens needed to keep the connection active.

2. Synchronization options (Webhooks)

In the module's "Settings" section, under "Synchronization," you can enable automations related to orders.

FunctionDescription
Sync ordersEnables automatic creation of orders on CJ Dropshipping when you receive a paid order on your e-commerce.

Automatic integrations

The module performs several scheduled automatic operations to keep data updated and automate the workflow.

Automatic order synchronization

The system periodically performs the following actions:

1. Copy paid orders: Automatically copies sales orders that have been paid in your e-commerce and have not yet been sent to CJ Dropshipping.

2. Order status update: Queries CJ Dropshipping to check the status of synchronized orders.

  • If the order status is "UNSHIPPED," it updates the local status.
  • If the order status is "SHIPPED," it retrieves tracking data (carrier name and tracking code) and saves them in the Framework360 sales order, updating the status to "Shipped."

Automatic data deletion

If a product is deleted from the Framework360 e-commerce catalog, the system automatically removes the synchronization reference with CJ Dropshipping.
