Fill in the check-in form fields during the payment process

Why do it: The checkin system requires customer data for each item purchased during payment.

Procedure

1. During the payment process, after entering shipping or billing information, one or more sections dedicated to checkin will be displayed.

2. These sections are labeled based on the purchased product and, if you have bought multiple items, may include the wording - Customer [Number] (for example: "Concert Ticket - Customer 1").

3. Within each section, fill in all required fields (such as First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, etc.) following the labels provided in the form.

4. After completing all mandatory fields for the current form, proceed to the next checkout step.

5. Repeat the process for all required checkin sections.

6. Once all checkin forms are completed, you can view a summary of the entered data in the Summary section of the checkout.

  • If you need to modify the entered data, click on the edit icon (<i class="fas fa-edit"></i>) next to the checkin summary.
