This setting allows collecting check-in data only once, even if the customer purchases multiple units of the same item.
Procedure
1. Access the editing of the Product or Subscription Plan for which you want to configure the check-in.
2. Click on the Checkout data request section.
3. In the Customer data section, check the box Request customer data for each purchased item.
- Note: This action will make the form settings visible.
4. In the next section, under the label Select a form to request customer data, choose the form that will be used for data collection.
5. Under the label Form to display, check the box Show only one form (regardless of quantity).
6. Save the changes to the Product/Subscription Plan.
