Limit the application of price variation to registered users only
Why do it:
This setting allows applying the price variation (discount or surcharge) only to customers who have logged into their account.
Procedure:
1. Access the Categories management section of your site.
2. Select the category to which you want to apply the limitation.
3. Within the category settings, click on the Price Variation tab.
4. Make sure the Enable price variation option is checked.
5. In the section labeled Discount display, check the box next to Apply only to registered users.
6. Click Save (or the equivalent save button) to make the changes effective.
(Note: If the Enable price variation option is not checked, other variation settings, including the limitation to registered users, will not be displayed.)
