To prevent products already on promotion from receiving an additional price variation defined at the category level, it is necessary to activate the exclusion option.
Procedure
1. Access the Categories management section of your e-commerce.
2. Select the specific category for which you want to configure the price variation.
3. Within the category configuration, click on the Price Variation tab.
4. Make sure that the Enable Price Variation option is checked.
5. Scroll down to find the section titled Products already discounted.
6. Check the box next to the option Exclude products already discounted.
7. Click the save button (usually Save or Save changes) to apply the configuration to the category.
Once saved, the price variation set for this category will not be applied to products that already have an active discount.
