This procedure allows you to automatically assign a card to a user and set its expiration at a specific date and time, regardless of when the automation is executed.
Procedure
1. Access your automation and add or edit the Assegna card action.
2. In the Operazione field, make sure Aggiungi is selected.
3. In the Seleziona Card field, choose the card you want to assign.
4. In the Durata card field, select the Imposta option.
- Note: Selecting "Imposta" will display a new section to define the fixed date.
5. In the appeared section, in the Data scadenza field, enter the exact date and time when the card should expire (format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM).
6. Save the action and the automation.
The card assigned to a user through this automation will expire exactly at the specified date and time.
