Disable the automatic renewal of an active Card

This guide explains how to stop the automatic renewal of one of your active Cards.

1. Log in to your Reserved Area (Dashboard).

2. In the side menu, click on the La mia card section.

3. Locate the Card for which you want to disable automatic renewal.

4. Check the Card details: if the Rinnovo: field is indicated as Automatico, you can proceed.

5. Below the details, click on the Disabilita rinnovo automatico link.

Once completed, the Rinnovo: field will be set to Non automatico. Your Card will remain active until the indicated Data scadenza.
