This guide explains how to set a custom duration (e.g., 30 Days, 6 Months) for a card when it is assigned to a user through an automated action.
Procedure
1. In the action configuration panel (for example, in a Marketing Automation flow), make sure that Operation is set to Add.
2. In the Select Card field, choose the card you want to assign.
3. In the Card Duration field, select the Custom option.
4. A new section will appear to define the duration. In the field labeled Expires after, enter the desired numeric value (for example, 30).
5. In the dropdown menu next to the numeric value, select the desired time unit:
- Days
- Weeks
- Months
- Years
6. Save the action to apply the custom duration. The card will expire after the specified period (for example, 30 Days).
