Cards

Creation, Types, Expiration, Download, Customization, E-commerce

Description: The Cards system allows you to create customized virtual cards (such as loyalty or membership cards) to assign to customers, automatically managing activation, expiration, and renewal.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

This tool is ideal for implementing loyalty programs, memberships, or exclusive access.

  • Create a loyalty program: Assign a "Silver Card" or "Gold Card" to your customers to guarantee them discounts or special benefits.
  • Manage subscriptions with visual identification: Offer a subscription service and provide the customer with a digital card to download and print, containing their data and a unique barcode.
  • Automate access to services: Automatically activate a specific card when a customer completes a form or purchases a product, immediately granting them access to the reserved area.

Main Features

1. Management and Creation of Cards

Through the management panel, you can:

  • Create different types of cards (e.g., Annual Card, VIP Card, etc.).
  • Define the price and duration of the card (one-time or recurring/subscription).
  • Upload the background image of the card and define specific crop areas where customer data (name, expiration date, identification code) will be automatically inserted.
  • Configure the card to be sold via the cart or assigned for free.

2. Customer Viewing and Download

Each customer can access the dedicated section in the User Area to:

  • View all active cards associated with their profile.
  • Check the expiration date and remaining days for each card.
  • Download the card in PDF format for printing or digital use.
  • See whether renewal is automatic or manual.
  • Disable automatic renewal (if configured).

3. Dynamic Customization

Generated cards are dynamic and automatically include:

  • The customer's full name.
  • The start and end validity dates.
  • A unique identification code (barcode) based on the customer's ID, useful for scanning and verification in-store or at events.

4. Integration with E-commerce

Cards can be sold as products purchasable through the cart. Once payment is completed, activation of the card on the customer's profile is immediate and automatic.

Cards are managed in the Cards section of the main menu (under "Clients").
