This procedure guides you through selecting a valid date for your appointment on the public calendar.
Procedure
1. Make sure you are in the Select Date step (the calendar).
2. To navigate between months, use the navigation arrows (back/forward) located on either side of the month name.
3. Observe the calendar:
- Available days for booking are shown in a solid color and are clickable.
- Unavailable days (e.g., past days or days blocked by the operator) are light gray and cannot be selected.
4. Click on the desired date among those available.
5. Once the date is selected, the system will load the available times for that day and automatically move you to the next step (Orario).
> Note: If the selected date has no available times, the system will display the message: "Non è stato trovato nessun orario disponibile per questa data". In this case, you will need to go back and select another date.
