This procedure explains how to find and interpret the BRT (Bartolini) shipping status directly in the summary list of your orders.
Procedure
1. Access the Order List
Navigate to the control panel section that contains the summary list of sales or orders (for example, "Sales" or "Orders").
2. Locate the Column
In the summary table, look for the column titled Stato BRT.
3. View the Status
In this column, for each order, you can view the current BRT shipping status:
- Non inviato BRT: The order has not yet been processed or sent to the BRT system.
- AWAITING_CONFIRMATION (or similar, grey label): The shipment has been created in the BRT system but requires explicit confirmation before being processed by the branch (if confirmation mode is set to explicit).
- DATI SPEDIZ. TRASMESSI A BRT or RITIRATA (yellow/orange label): The shipment has been picked up or data has been sent and accepted.
- PARTITA or IN CONSEGNA (blue label): The shipment is in transit or out for delivery to the recipient.
- CONSEGNATA (green label): The shipment has been successfully completed.
- ERRORE or SPEDIZIONE ANNULLATA (red label): There was a problem with the shipment or it was canceled.
> Note: The BRT status is updated automatically through periodic synchronization with the courier. If the status has just changed, it may take a few minutes before the update appears in the list.
