Why do it: To view the updated delivery status directly on the official BRT courier website.
Procedure
To track a BRT shipment, the order must have already been processed and a BRT Parcel ID generated.
1. Open the order for which you want to track the shipment.
2. In the sidebar, click on the BRT tab (identified by the truck icon <i class="fas fa-truck"></i>).
3. If the shipment has been successfully created, you will see the BRT Shipment Details section.
- Here you can view the BRT Parcel ID and the current BRT Status.
4. Click on the Track BRT Shipment button.
5. A new browser tab will automatically open, redirecting you to BRT’s official tracking site, showing the updated status of your shipment.
> Note: If the Track BRT Shipment button is not visible, it means that the tracking URL has not been configured correctly or necessary data (such as the Parcel ID) is missing. In that case, you might see the message: Tracking URL not configured or missing data to generate it.
