These dimensions (Length, Width, Height) are essential to calculate the package volume, a key data required by the BRT courier for automatic shipment creation.
Procedure
1. Access the product management section of your control panel.
2. Open the product for which you want to specify the dimensions.
3. Within the product edit tab, look for and click on the side tab called Dimensioni BRT (identified by a ruler icon <i class="fa fa-ruler"></i>).
4. In the Lunghezza (cm) field, enter the length of the product in centimeters.
5. In the Larghezza (cm) field, enter the width of the product in centimeters.
6. In the Altezza (cm) field, enter the height of the product in centimeters.
7. Click on the main save button of the product tab (usually at the top or bottom) to apply and store the new dimensions.
> Note: The dimensions entered here refer to a single item. The system will use these measurements and the ordered quantity to calculate the total shipping volume. If not specified, default values will be used (10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm).
