This procedure allows you to send the order data to BRT to generate a shipping code (Parcel ID).
Procedure
1. Access the order detail page for which you want to create the shipment.
2. In the sidebar or in the additional modules section, click on the BRT tab (identified by the truck icon <i class="fas fa-truck"></i>).
3. Preliminary Check: Make sure that the configuration is complete. If an error message appears, you cannot proceed:
> Basic BRT configuration incomplete. Check UserID, Password, Sender Customer Code, and Departure Depot in the plugin settings.
4. If the configuration is correct and there is not yet a BRT shipment associated with the order, click the button:
> <i class="fa fa-plus-circle"></i> Create BRT Shipment
5. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the action by clicking OK when prompted:
> Create shipment with BRT service?
6. Wait for the system to process the request. The button will show a waiting status:
> <i class="fa fa-spinner fa-spin"></i> Creation in progress...
7. Once completed, the system will display a success message:
> BRT shipment generated.
After creation, the BRT tab will update showing the BRT Parcel ID and buttons for Confirm BRT Shipment (if required) or Cancel BRT shipment.
Next Action (If explicit confirmation is required)
If the shipment was created with status AWAITING_CONFIRMATION, it must be confirmed to be processable by the BRT branch.
1. In the BRT tab, click on the button:
> <i class="fa fa-check-circle"></i> Confirm BRT Shipment
2. Confirm the action when prompted:
> Confirm this shipment to BRT? This operation will make it processable by the branch.
3. Once confirmed, the shipment status will change to CONFIRMED or equivalent.
