This procedure allows you to request the cancellation of a BRT shipment directly from the system, provided that the courier has not yet taken charge or processed it.
Procedure to Cancel a BRT Shipment
1. Access the order management section and open the details of the specific order for which you want to cancel the shipment.
2. In the sidebar, click on the tab named BRT (identified by the truck icon <i class="fas fa-truck"></i>).
3. In the BRT Shipment Details section, if the shipment is not in an advanced state (such as "DELIVERED" or "DISPATCHED"), you will see the cancellation button.
4. Click on the Cancel BRT Shipment button.
5. The system will ask for confirmation via a pop-up with the message: "Cancel this BRT shipment? This operation may not be reversible if already processed."
6. Click OK to proceed with the cancellation request to the courier.
7. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a toast notification with the message: "BRT shipment cancelled."
8. The BRT tab will reload and the shipment will no longer appear in the system.
> Important: If the shipment has already been picked up or is in an advanced delivery stage, cancellation may not be possible and the system will return an error message. In this case, the shipment will not be cancelled.
