Displaying the link for iCal export of availability
Why do it:
This link allows you to export the availability of this resource (for example, a room or a vehicle) to external calendars, such as Google Calendar or Airbnb, using the iCal format.
Procedure
1. Access the management section of the resource (for example, the edit page of a specific room or vehicle).
2. Within the edit page, look for and click on the tab named Sincronizzazione.
3. Locate the box titled iCal.
4. In the iCal box, look for the label Link in uscita.
5. The text field below, marked as read-only, contains the full URL for exporting availability via iCal.
6. Copy the entire content of this field to import it into your external calendar.
> Note: The field labeled Link in entrata is instead used to import availability from external calendars (incoming synchronization).
