This guide explains how to view the available rate options for a specific room or package and how to proceed to the final booking form.
Procedure
1. After selecting the dates and number of guests, the page will display the list of available rooms or packages.
2. Locate the room or package you wish to book.
3. Look at the booking button:
- If only one rate is available: you will see the Book button directly. Skip to step 5.
- If multiple rates are available: you will see the View Rates button.
4. If you clicked View Rates, an area below will expand showing all available rates for that room/package. Each rate includes:
- The Title of the rate (e.g., "Bed and Breakfast").
- A summary of included options (e.g., Overnight stay).
- The Total (the overall cost for the entire selected period).
5. Once you have chosen the rate, click on the corresponding Book button.
- Note: If the room offers extra options (such as requesting a crib), make sure to select the desired number via the appropriate dropdown menu before clicking Book.
6. After clicking Book, the page will automatically scroll to the next step, titled Confirm, where you can complete your details and finalize the booking.
7. Fill out the contact or payment form and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
