This setting defines the total inventory available for the item (room or vehicle) you are editing. The booking system will not allow more simultaneous bookings than those indicated in this field.
Procedure
1. Access the content management section and select the item (Room or Vehicle) you want to edit.
2. Within the item's edit page, navigate to the Booking Engine tab.
3. Locate the inventory-related field:
- If you are editing a room, the field is called Number of rooms offered.
- If you are editing a vehicle, the field is called Number of vehicles offered.
4. Enter the total number of units of this type that you have available (for example, if you have 10 "Double Rooms", enter 10).
- Note: The minimum value is 1.
5. Click on the save button (usually Save changes or Save) to apply the changes.
