This guide explains how to configure specific variants (such as different types of beds or additional services) for a single room or accommodation, defining title, cost, capacity, and photo gallery for each variant.
Procedure
1. Log in to the system Backend and navigate to the accommodation or room management section.
2. Click on the item (room or accommodation) you want to edit.
3. Within the item's settings, navigate to the Booking Engine tab.
4. Scroll down to find the section titled Variants.
5. Click the Add Variant button (or a similar button, depending on the multiRowBuilder configuration) to open the new variant configuration form.
6. Fill in the following fields to define the variant:
- Title: Enter a descriptive name for this variant (e.g., "Double Room with Balcony", "Deluxe Suite").
- Cost per night: Enter the base price for a single night for this variant.
- Number of adults: Specify the maximum number of adults this variant can accommodate.
- Photos: Click on the field to open the gallery and select specific images that will be shown for this variant.
7. Repeat the process to add all necessary variants.
8. When finished, make sure to click on the main save button of the page (usually Save changes or Update) to apply the configurations.
