Define the minimum days and the discount percentage for extended bookings

This procedure allows you to set an automatic price reduction for guests who book a stay longer than a specified duration.

Procedure

1. Access the content management section (e.g., Rooms or Accommodations) and edit the desired item.

2. Go to the Booking Engine tab (or the equivalent tab containing booking settings).

3. Locate the box titled Discount for extended bookings.

4. In the Minimum days for discount field, enter the minimum number of days of stay that will trigger the discount.

• (Example: Enter 7 to apply the discount to bookings of 7 or more days).

5. In the Discount percentage field, enter the percentage value (from 0 to 100) of the discount to apply to the total cost.

6. Save the changes to apply the new discount rule.
