This guide walks you through the final stage of the booking process, where you enter your details and, if required, complete the payment.

Procedure

After selecting your desired date and rate, you will be automatically redirected to the final step.

1. Access the Confirmation Step:

Ensure you are on the step titled Confirm.

  • If the booking requires a payment, the title will be: Complete your booking.
  • If the booking is a contact request, the title will be: Where can we reach you?.

2. Review the Summary:

In the summary section (usually on the side or at the top), verify that the selected dates are correct. The dates will be displayed as: [Start Date] - [End Date].

3. Enter the Required Information:

Fill in all mandatory fields in the form below. These forms are used to collect your contact details and, if necessary, payment information.

  • Note: If you have selected extra options (such as requesting Cots), this information may be included in the booking notes.

4. Finalize Your Booking:

Once all fields are completed, look for the submit or payment button (the exact text may vary depending on the form setup, such as "Submit," "Pay Now," or Confirm Booking).

5. Click on the finalization button to complete the process.

If the form has been submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message and shortly thereafter an email summarizing your booking.

> Important: If upon submission you receive an error message indicating that your selection is no longer available, such as: "The selection made is no longer available for these dates, please choose another," it means that item has been booked by another user. In this case, you must return to the previous step and select a new option.
