Select a parent page for the blog permalinks

This guide shows you how to configure a specific page of your site to act as the "parent" for all URLs (permalinks) of your blog posts and categories.

Guide: Selecting a Parent Page for Blog Permalinks

Follow these steps to set the parent page for your blog permalinks:

1. Access the Settings section of your Blog.

2. Locate the section titled Permalink.

3. Under the label Parent page in permalink, click on the dropdown menu.

4. Select the page you want to use as a prefix for your posts (for example, if you select the page "Notizie", your posts will have a URL like yoursite.com/notizie/post-name/).

  • If you do not want to use a parent page, select the None option.

5. After selection, check how the example URLs change in the Category URLs and Post URLs boxes to confirm the modification.

6. Save the settings to apply the new permalink structure.
