This guide explains how to assign one or more categories to your article in the post creation or editing screen.
Selecting One or More Categories for the Article
1. Access Settings: In the post creation or editing screen, locate the section titled Blog Post Settings.
2. Find the Options Panel: Within this section, look for the sidebar panel (usually on the right) that contains configuration options.
3. Select Default Categories:
- Locate the field labeled Categories.
- Click on the field showing the text No category....
- A dropdown menu with existing categories will open. You can select one or more categories from the list.
4. Add Dynamic (Custom) Categories:
- If you want to add categories not present in the default list, locate the field labeled Dynamic Categories.
- Type the name of the new category in this field. After typing the name, press Enter or Tab to turn it into a tag.
- You can repeat this step to add multiple dynamic categories.
