This guide explains how to configure the visibility of the Balance section and customize the messages displayed to users within their reserved area.
1. General Configuration and Introductory Messages
This section controls whether the "My Credits" section is visible in the customer area and allows you to set a welcome text.
1. Access the settings section of the Bilancio clienti plugin.
2. Go to the Customer Area tab.
3. To make the Balance section visible, check the box next to Show section in customer area.
4. In the Messages section, locate the Introductory Text field.
5. Enter or modify the text that will appear at the top of the "My Credits" page in the customer area.
2. Managing Withdrawal Requests
This section allows enabling the credit withdrawal request feature for customers and setting minimum conditions and related messages.
1. In the same Customer Area tab, scroll down to the Withdrawal Requests section.
2. To activate this feature, check the box next to Enable withdrawal request.
- Note: If you disable this option, subsequent fields will disappear.
3. In the Minimum required amount field, enter the minimum amount (for example, 50) that a customer must reach to make a withdrawal request.
4. In the Amount not reached message field (marked in red), enter the text that will be shown if the customer has not yet reached the minimum required amount.

5. In the Amount reached message field (marked in green), enter the text that will be shown when the customer has reached or exceeded the minimum value and can proceed with their request.

Once you have completed your changes, make sure to save the plugin settings.
