This guide shows you how to limit the display of balance movements to a single customer within the Reports section.
Procedure
1. Access the Reports section in the main menu of the platform.
2. Select the report called Balance.
3. In the filters section, locate the field labeled Customer.
4. Click on the Customer field and start typing the desired customer's name. The system will show you a list of suggestions.
5. Select the correct customer from the list to apply the filter.
6. Click on the refresh button (usually Apply filters or Update Report) to reload the data and view only the movements related to the selected customer.
To remove the filter, clear the customer's name from the Customer field and refresh the report again.
