Configure automatic actions to modify a customer's balance (Add, Remove, Set)

This guide explains how to set up an automatic action within a marketing or automation flow to modify a customer's balance.

Configuration Procedure

1. Log in to your Automation or Funnel tool and add a new step.

2. Select the Modify Balance action.

3. In the configuration screen, you will find the Balance section with the following fields to fill out:

1. Operation

Select the type of modification you want to apply to the customer's balance.

OptionDescription
AddAdds the specified value to the customer's current balance (Credit).
RemoveRemoves the specified value from the customer's current balance (Debit).
SetSets the customer's balance exactly to the specified Credit Value. The system will automatically calculate the credit or debit needed to reach that amount.

2. Credit Value

Enter the numerical value that will be used for the selected operation (Add, Remove, or Set).

3. Notes

Enter a descriptive Note for this operation. This note will be visible in the customer's balance transaction history. You can use available Shortcodes to customize the message.

4. Save the automation step to make the action effective.
